CHALET SHASTA is accredited by ASCA (Swiss Fondation for Complementary Medicines) and RME (Empirical Medicine Register) and as such our consultations and treatments can be covered by the main Swiss insurrance companies.
Please check with your own policy provider prior to visiting us if such coverage is available to you. 

Consultation and treatments are offered in English and French. Julia understands German and Spanish as well if necessary. 

We love animals but for health reasons we cannot welcome them at the practice.
 
To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us at least 48 hours in advance (2 working days), otherwise please note that the consultation will be charged to you. 

If you are running late, please let us know by phone or text message at +41(0)78 248 06 36. The session will be conducted on the remaining time but invoiced in full.
